Butyl Acetate (BAC) synonyms Butyl ethanoate; n-Butyl acetate is clear colorless flammable liquid. It is often used as a high-boiling solvent of moderate polarity. The other three isomers of Butyl acetate are: Isobutyl acetate, Tert-butyl acetate, and Sec-butyl acetate.

3. Product application
The most common use of Butyl Acetate (BAC) is as solvent in the production of lacquers and paints.
Its other major use is in the creation of adhesives and hardened coatings. Normal Butyl Acetate is also used in the pharmaceutical industry as a solvent or an extraction agent.
